The boat should be 10 mts far away of the whales |

The tourist should swim at least two meters far away of the whale |

Two swimmers and a guide per whale in the water at the same time |

Please don’t throw garbage in the ocean |

If yuo stay at Rivera Maya or Cancun we depart From Punta Sam Pier.
If you stay at Isla Mujeres we depart from Isla Mujeres at 7:30 am. in Pier located behind Gyn and Tonic GYM.
Pick ups from your hotel are available from 6:30 am for US$10 round trip in Cancun and Isla Mujeres. |
